S&C classes are 60 minutes long focussed on giving every client a personalized experience when training HIIT style. Coaches are present to guide everyone through different exercises, correcting technique and form while also pushing everyone to reach new goals and progressing in areas of strength. Clients are urged to let the instructor know what area of their body they would like to work on so they get the most out of every class.

Circuit classes are an hour long HIIT style & time based. These circuits are done in groups of 2-3 (coaches' decisions based on number of people signed up for the class)), as a team, with pre-planned stations for each group to go through in order to transition as a class.
